HIGHCROFT VETERINARY - Key Persons
Alina joined Highcroft Veterinary Group team in March 2018 as a part-time receptionist. She helps to answer client queries and looks after pets and their owners in the reception area at the Whitchurch branch.
Ally started in at Highcroft Veterinary Group in January 2019, after graduating in 2018 with a degree in Zoological Management and Conservation. She has a big interest in exotics animals, especially birds of prey. And outside of work she has a cat called Theo and a Royal Python called Loki.
Amanda joined Highcroft Veterinary Group in June 2017 as a receptionist at Batheaston Vets. She looks after clients and their pets and helps with the smooth running of the practice.
Amanda has a Cocker Spaniel called Barty.

Amy joined Highcroft Veterinary Group in September 2014 in the role of pharmacy and consumables stock manager. She is based at our Whitchurch Veterinary Hospital and surgery and is responsible for all ordering, stock control and pharmacy legislation.
Outside of work she has two horses called Bronnie and Bubbles, a dog called Reggie and two cats called Lola and Elvis.

Amy is a registered veterinary nurse and qualified in 2009. She has a keen interest in nurse clinics but enjoys all aspects of nursing.
She has recently joined Silva house vet practice and has previously worked for Highcroft at the Longwell green branch.
She has a rescue cat called Tinkerbell and two free range guinea pigs called Starlight and Rainbow .

Amy graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2019. She has recently moved to Bristol from Derby, where she spent 18 month working with exotic and small animals. She is particular fond of working with exotic mammals and wildlife. She is undertaking her certificate in advanced veterinary practice in zoological medicine.
Bridget joined Silva House, Midsomer Norton, in July 2009 and qualified as an animal nursing assistant in 2010.
When she is not busy helping vets and nurses at Silva House she enjoys seeing friends and family, days at the beach and long walks.
Bryony joined Highcroft Veterinary Group at the end of June 2020, having previously worked at another practice for a year and before that, working at Brunel's SS Great Britain for eight years. Most of her working career has been around bookings, diary management and Customer Service. She now works closely with the clinical director in the day to day practice management of all group surgeries.
Outside of work, Bryony has two rescue dogs called Biscuit and Autumn and has recently bought a campervan (Bella the Bongo!) to enjoy some staycations around the UK.
Caitlin qualified in March 2017 with City & Guilds where she trained with one of the UK's master groomers. Since qualifying Caitlin has gained lots of experience freelancing for a number of salons and having previously groomed two dogs for Crufts.
In her spare time she loves taking part in dog shows with her two Cockapoos. She is a keen artist and sells her art work online, having previously studied art and worked as a graphic designer.
Casey Joined Highcroft Veterinary group in September 2018 as a receptionist at our Haycombe branch. She has since completed her patient care assistant training and hopes to one day train as a veterinary nurse.
At home she enjoys crafting and spending time with her two rabbits, called Sky and Bambam.

Chloe joined us in 2013 under the apprentice scheme and was originally based at our Longwell Green Veterinary Centre. Chloe now works part time as a receptionist at our Silva House branch in Midsomer Norton in addition to her normal role as a regional practice management system support officer for our larger group.
Chloe was nominated and won the Bristol and Bath "Outstanding Apprentice of the Year Award" in 2014 in the financial and business services category.
Chloe has always grown up with animals, from horses to hamsters, and has two golden retrievers called Millie and Maddie and three rabbits called Lyla, Rosie and Barney. In her spare time Chloe takes part in motorbike trials and has won many different trophies, her best achievement winning many British Championships. Chloe also enjoys horse riding in her spare time and attending the gym.
Claire qualified July 2015 joined Highcroft Veterinary Group in January 2018. She is interested in all aspects of first opinion practice, especially surgery.
Outside of work she enjoys white water kayaking, hiking and baking.

Dan joined Highcroft Veterinary Group in February 2017 as a patient care assistant based at our Longwell Green Veterinary Centre. His role is looking after the inpatients and generally helping the clinical teams.
In his spare time, Dan plays guitar and is kept busy looking after his two leopard geckos and two crested geckos as well as his naughty Bichon Frise dog.
