Mtre Cauchon completed a Master of Laws in International Business Legal Studies at the University of Exeter in England and he is now Counsel at DS Avocats Canada.

Vincent Kou joined Brivia Group in 2018, after working close to 15 years internationally at Rio Tinto Alcan and several years previously at a national law firm. As Chief Investment and Development Officer, he is responsible for acquisitions, investments and partnerships including investor relations and public relations at Brivia Group. In addition, he oversees the Development, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources departments. Since joining the company, he has successfully completed several major acquisitions and partnerships and has led the diversification of the Group's development portfolio and national expansion. A member of the Québec Bar, he also has extensive experience in Asia, particularly in China.
