Founded in 1975 by Donald Barker, Ronald Rinker and Russell Seacat, our firm has grown into a richly integrated design practice with projects throughout the United States and Europe. Born out of the movement of the sixties to be socially conscious, BRS focused on civic architecture from the beginning to give back to the community.
