Adriana helps you tell your story
Adriana believes in the power of good design to tell compelling stories. "It is my hope that the story we tell with design will inspire others to create their own." Guided by this perspective, she has naturally gravitated towards architecture, considering it a conduit for the curious and the imaginative.
Adriana values out-of-the-box problem solving and finds ideas that challenge the norm exciting. This has informed her professional work in architecture, exhibit design, and immersive experiences.
When she isn't at work, Adriana can be found enjoying live music, comedy shows, hanging out with friends at a park or dedicating time at home to prepare for her architectural licensing examinations.

Now, she's thrilled to bring her love for community building and knack for organizing to the team at BRS.

Having worked at local rec centers for five years, Christine is thrilled to bring her inside knowledge to BRS. From an architectural perspective, Christine believes that great architecture results from an investment in both the people and the aesthetic. After all, great spaces need great patrons to make them successful. Her theme song, "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life", plays in her head on repeat and, non-coincidentally, she has been described as "disgustingly optimistic." Christine didn't talk until she was 2, but no one would know that now. She has a massive collection of stories; though many argue she has not yet learned how to retell them. She collects these stories by talking to everyone she meets. Do you want to talk about the day you learned how to ride a bike? Christine is interested.

Echo was born and raised in the Northern part of China, Shandong (which means "east of mountain") province. She moved to the states when she was 18 to pursue her undergrad degree in studio arts. During the four years in a liberal arts college, Echo developed a fascination with philosophy (continental and postmodern philosophy), history, and math. This led her to take an interest in architecture, which is entwined with politics, anthropology, arts, science and philosophy.
With great enthusiasm for mountains and mountain-related activities, she decided to move to Denver, the Rocky Mountain region, after graduating from architecture school - where she did her master's thesis on Alpine Architecture.
Outside of work Ephraim is all about adventure. He loves rock climbing, hiking/backpacking, plant identification/care, all things water, cooking, live music, natural building, exploring different concrete jungles and all the culture they offer as well.

Nicole is excited by the expectation of learning something she did not know before starting a project. As a kid, Nicole liked painting, drawing, writing music, as well as advanced physics and mathematics. Her interest in architecture was sparked when her physics teacher suggested that she shadow an architect before she committed to a degree in mechanical engineering. To her, architecture is human scaled artwork that is given life by the people inside and around the buildings.
Nicole is a nature girl and ready to go into the mountains for a hike or snowboard. Nicole can outfit you with the right backpacking gear and a few Bluebeam or Revit tips. She is a proud aunt of five nieces and nephews in Indiana and Virginia and will brag about them to anyone that will listen.
Rylie was drawn to interior design and interior architecture because it exercises both sides of the brain. She gets to be creative, think out of the box, and take risks at the same time as being calculated and methodical. Rylie loves being able to back up imaginative designs with evidence-based research. Rylie says, "Design is never the same twice. Math problems have one right answer, but if you give 5 designers the same prompt, you will get 5 very different solutions."
Rylie previously worked on interiors of cruise ships, residential home remodels, and higher education. She is beyond excited to work on projects that are community centered and focused on people.
