David Ross is responsible for BroadStreet Partners'℠ agency mergers and acquisitions. He has more than a decade of experience in due diligence and company valuation. Before coming to BroadStreet℠ in 2002, David held finance and accounting management positions at Century Insurance Group and Nationwide Insurance. He began his career as an auditor at KPMG after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a CPA.

Erin West is responsible for all aspects of BroadStreet Partners'℠ financial reporting, accounting management, and capital management. Prior to joining BroadStreet℠ in 2008, Erin was CFO of ProCentury Corporation, a publicly traded property and casualty insurance company. A CPA, she began her career at KPMG working primarily with insurance and financial services companies. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Otterbein College.

James Parker joined BroadStreet℠ Partners in 2020 and is responsible for corporate development, market partnerships, corporate strategy, and supporting core agency partner operational priorities.
James has twenty years of experience working with insurance intermediaries. Prior to joining BroadStreet℠, he was based in Portland, OR as a Partner at a national law firm leading the national insurance brokerage and insurance regulatory practice. Prior to that, he was a broker for a national public entity and pooling wholesale broker and MGA in Chicago, IL. James has also led teams supporting the retail operations and due diligence activities of a national insurance agency.
In addition to his experience with intermediaries, James has also represented self-insurance trusts, life & health insurers, and property & casualty carriers in regulatory, formation, mergers, and general business matters.
James earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Florida State University and Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

Jeff Racz joined BroadStreet℠ Partners in 2010 and is responsible for cross-platform projects. Previously, Jeff had roles in corporate strategy, enterprise planning, and investor relations at Meadowbrook Insurance Group, ProCentury Corporation, and Nationwide Insurance. He earned a Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Finance, from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
Ken Kirk joined BroadStreet Partners in 2013, became CEO in 2021 and currently serves as Vice Chair. Ken is responsible for strategy development and identifying new Core partner investment opportunities.
Ken has a diverse background in agency operations and strategy. Previously, he was the regional president of a large national brokerage, and prior to that, he was CEO, and owner, of his own regional independent insurance agency. He also has extensive experience sourcing, negotiating and integrating agency mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to his experience with retail insurance agencies, Ken has experience advising MGAs and wholesale insurance brokers, and he serves as the Chairman of CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Company.
Ken was a Founding Member and Chairman of the Arizona Chapter of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation, and he participates as a leader and member of various industry groups and associations.
Ken earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.

Matt O'Connell joined BroadStreet Partners℠ in 2019 and is responsible for financial reporting and technical accounting.
Previously, Matt had roles in Accounting/Finance departments of Abercrombie & Fitch, DotLoop, and an audit senior manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Matt is a CPA and he earned a Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Accounting, and an MBA from Indiana University.

Matt Riggs joined BroadStreet Partners℠ in 2014 and is the company's Chief Accounting Officer.
Previously, Matt was an audit senior manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he led audit engagements, primarily for insurance firms.
Matt is a CPA and he earned Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Economics from the University of Kentucky.
Mike O'Connor joined BroadStreet Partners in 2022 and became CEO in 2023. Mike is responsible for strategy development and supporting the operational needs of BroadStreet's Core agency partners.
Mike has a diverse and well-rounded background in leadership, strategy and the insurance industry. Previously, Mike spent 12 years at Aon plc where he last served as co-president and served on the company's executive committee. Prior to Aon, Mike was a principal at McKinsey & Company working primarily with insurance and financial services clients.
Mike earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He also earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School.
