CFR, established in 2006, is a small business enterprise located in Germantown, Maryland. We are a federal small, SWaM certified, and Montgomery County local small business offering comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for projects of varying size and complexity. We specialize in highly complex healthcare, research, and laboratory design. Our experience includes a wide range of facilities for a diverse clientele. To date our largest client includes The National Institutes of Health (NIH) where we currently hold an AE MATOC and recently completed a five (5) year Prime AE IDIQ contract. We also currently hold a five (5) year MEP IDIQ and a five (5) year AE IDIQ contract with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), as well as a three (3) year MEP IDIQ with The University of Maryland. In addition to our prime contracts, CFR is the MEP engineering designer on an NCI IDIQ and George Mason University Laboratory Design..
