DDA Dance Academy was founded by director, Deana Gentile, in 2009. As a child, it was my life long dream to open my very own dance school. Following in my mother's own passion for dance, I began to dedicate my life to following this dream. I started dancing myself at 3 years old and continued through graduating from the University of Arizona, one of the top 5 dance programs in the country, with a degree in photography and dance. From there, I continued my dance education at Broadway Dance Center in NYC. Through combining my love for children and passion for dance, I was able to achieve my goal. It is my greatest accomplishment to watch children experience the joy of dance.
