Amanda Fields

Amanda Fields received her Bachelor of Science degree in Tempe, Arizona at Arizona State University. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at University of South Alabama.

Cara Skulski

Cara Skulski is a board-certified Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner. Her dedication and persistence are extended to the care she shows for her patients valuing a strong rapport while providing treatment with compassion and empathy.

Dr. Daniel Ross

Job Titles:
  • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
Dr. Ross earned his medical degree in Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan in 2002. He also holds a Bachelor of Music degree in French Horn from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Ross completed his neurology residency in 2006 at the Garden City Osteopathic Hospital, part of the Michigan State University Statewide Campus System in Garden City, Michigan. Dr. Ross is board certified in Neurology, Sleep Medicine, Neurophysiology, and Anti-Aging Medicine. He holds a current State Physician License in Florida and has been practicing since 2006. He is also the Medical Director for the Pensacola Sleep Disorder Center. Dr. Ross enjoys all areas of neurology and sleep medicine, he is particularly interested in preventative treatment through nutrition and lifestyle modifications.

Dr. David Bear

Dr. Bear received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida in 2000. He completed his internship at Martin Army Community Hospital, Ft. Benning, Georgia in 2001. He served as brigade surgeon at Ft. Bliss, Texas, and then completed his neurology residency at Ohio University's Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio in 2006. He is board certified in Sleep Medicine, Headache, and Neurophysiology. Dr. Bear enjoys sharing his extensive knowledge of headaches with others through educational talks and mentoring. He particularly enjoys living on the beautiful Gulf Coast. He spends a lot of time outdoors boating, camping, off-roading, and cruising on his motorcycle. Dr. Bear and his family can be seen out and about in Pensacola at the local restaurants and events. Dr. Bear practices general neurology and has a special interest in dementia, sleep medicine, therapeutic Botox, and headaches. He is a Neurology Faculty Associate Professor for FSU. He often lectures on up to date headache therapies. Dr. Bear is a Principal Investigator in several active clinical trials.

Dr. Henry Porter

Dr. Porter graduated from University of Florida with High Honors in Biology in 1976. He worked at the National Institute of Health in the Heart, Lung and Blood Institute in Bethesda Maryland 1976 -1978. Dr. Porter was selected for a Navy military scholarship to attend the University of Miami School of Medicine where he earned his medical degree in 1982. Dr. Porter completed his internship and Neurology Residency at Bethesda Naval Hospital and trained as a Naval Flight Surgeon in Pensacola, FL. After serving as Squadron Flight surgeon in Corpus Christi, TX, he was stationed as Head of Neurology at Pensacola Naval Hospital for seven years. Dr. Porter then went on to become the Head of Internal Medicine and Neurology at the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute (NAMI) in Pensacola. Dr. Porter also served as a Special Medical Consultant (Neurology) to the Federal Air Surgeon of the FAA. After 23 years of military service, Dr. Porter retired but was asked to perform the same duties for an additional five years as a contractor. He then joined Emerald Coast Neurology in 2010. At the National Institute of Health in the Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, Dr. Porter conducted research on snake venom the later resulted in the creation of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, a class of blood pressure medications.

Jordan Peacock

Jordan enjoys the complexity of neurology, with a special interest in migraine headaches and dementia. He thoroughly enjoys helping people and finds it rewarding to play a part in improving their overall quality of life.

Laura Bell

Laura Bell is a board certified and licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a passion for neurology. She enjoys treating, diagnosing, and working with patients and believes the most important parts of a provider-patient relationship are integrity, trust, and compassion.

Michelle Santiago

Michelle received her Master of Science in Nursing and FNP certification from the University of South Alabama. She also received two Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing and Biology from University of West Florida.
