EUNICE COLMON

Eunice's career began at Prudential Financial where she served as Training & Performance Consultant managing daily operations of the HR Corporate Training Division. She piloted a Staff Development Counseling Program for over 500 managers, earning mention in Fortune Magazine, and co-designed/facilitated a highly successful, enterprise-wide, five-day Management Practices Workshop. At The Pace Group, Eunice delivered Communication & Customer Satisfaction Workshops for such major clients as IBM, AT&T School of Business, and Melon Bank... Eunice is a certified M/WBE. She holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy from Montclair State University, and Certifications in MRG's Leadership Effectiveness Analysis and Individual Directions Inventory, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Strong Interest Inventory.
