FORTE RESIDENTIAL

Forte Residential, Inc. began as an entity in 1992 to provide residential services to a single individual, the son of the founders. In 1995, Forte expanded to provide family driven community based day services for the same individual. The benefit of "control in the hands of the family" was evidenced through the program's success. In response to other families' inquiries, the grass roots initiative began to expand. Forte now serves over 950 Indiana residents from Indianapolis north to the Michigan state line under the Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH), Family Supports (FS), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Health and Wellness (H&W) waivers. Forte also serves individuals receiving CHOICE services. Forte Residential, Inc. is also a licensed Personal Services Agency (PSA)... Forte values dedicated families.
