The Music Class is both a family business and a business that operates like a family. TMC is family-owned and operated. Rob Sayer (the founder and director of TMC) still teaches his own classes every week in addition to running the company, and his daughter Raina Sayer is the director of TMC in China. Our recordings feature Rob, Raina, and many wonderful TMC teachers, students, and alumni! When you join The Music Class as a parent, preschool teacher, or center director, you become part of The Music Class family... The Music Class was founded by Rob Sayer in Atlanta, GA in 1998. What began as one studio in Toco Hills has grown into an international program offered in over a thousand locations worldwide! We have mostly grown by word-of-mouth through happy families and teachers who love this program as much as we do.
