GENE TRUELOVE

My wife Nanette and I moved back to Fuquay in 1980, which is located 16 miles south of Raleigh on US 401 highway in southern Wake County. Our three children, Perry, Vanette, Jessica and their families live nearby... I loved sports, and started playing basket ball, base ball, and tennis in middle school. In high school I lettered in Football, Basketball, and Field & Track, was on the high school Student Council, and was voted most athletic my senior year. After high school I joined the U. S. Air Force, where I was introduced to the world of telecommunications, cryptography, and computer technology. After my my military obligation was finished (4 years) I held a number of positions as computer operator, and later as computer systems programmer. As I moved up years later into management positions I realized the need for a college degree, and pursued and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science...
