Bruce has been the Lead Pasto r at Gladstone Christian Church since 2012 after 18 years of serving as the Youth and Associate Pastor. He graduated from Puget Sound Christian College and has been in the ministry ever since. His responsibilities include preaching, teaching and vision casting for the church. Bruce has a passion for the Word of God and living out God's plan for the world. He also has a heart for missions, leading yearly trips to Mexico, Haiti and other locations. In his spare time, Bruce is also an avid sports fan. Bruce's wife Launa has been by his side throughout his years in ministry. Together, they have two grown children who are also involved in ministry and four incredible grandchildren who are a great joy in their lives.

Glen has been a part of the Gladstone Christian Church staff since the fall of 2007. He graduated from Puget Sound Christian College in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry. His responsibilities include overseeing the high school and college age students, as well as leading Worship every week. His desire is for all students to know the love of Christ (through teaching), experience the love of Christ (relationally), and be prepared to share the love of Christ (by reaching out). He was married to his beautiful wife Virginia in March 2012, and they have two crazy, energetic kids, Adrienne and William. He also loves the Ducks, 49ers, Blazers, and GOLF!

Shawn has been a part of Gladstone Christian Church staff since December 2019. He graduated from Puget Sound Christian College in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Biblical Studies. His responsibilities include oversight of infants to 8th grade as well as caring for and ministering to their parents. It's his desire that every parent knows the they are supported and can do the hard work of raising up their children to be followers of Jesus. He is married to his beautiful wife Rachel and together they have 3 crazy and wonderful kids, Rocky, Zeke, and Abbey. He loves basketball, the Blazers, 49ers, Ducks, and drinking really good coffee!
