Al Sones

As Senior Pastor of Good News Church and regional church leader, Al has been a member of a team that has been studying, praying and working on one essential question since 1999. The question is, "What will lead to rapid expansion of the Kingdom of God?" Al is married to Eileen.

Christina Waller

Christina is a 2021 graduate of Red Land High School. While in school, she spent all four years involved in the high school Junior Reserves Officer Training Corps (JROTC) Program where she mentored, taught, and led others as well as organized community service events. Alongside her brother, she was a member of the school's Bible club and helped lead a morning prayer group. Currently, she attends a small Christian Hebrew Roots gathering and is continuously striving to further understand the Truth of God's Word and she looks forward to doing the same for the youth of the Church. She works part-time and attends HACC, and is working towards her Nursing degree.

Deryl Reinhold

Deryl has been an Associate Pastor at Good News Church for more than 15 years. He was previously in full-time ministry with Youth With a Mission. Deryl and Miriam met 18 years ago when both were serving with YWAM. During 2014, God spoke to each of them about the other, turning their friendship into romance. They were married on June 20, 2015 in Puerto Rico. Deryl leads our morning worship service and Miriam plays percussion.

Tammi Gearhart

  • Administrative Ministry Assistant
Tammi Gearhart serves in the roll of Administrative Ministry Assistant. She and her husband, Greg, have attended Good News Church for over 30 years. She has served in a variety of roles. Her heart is for helping others grow in their faith by learning more about Jesus and the Bible.

Timmy Waller

Timmy Waller is one of our Student Ministry Leader. He is a 2020 graduate of Red Land High School. He owns a fence construction business where he is self-employed. His heart for Jesus is seen in the many different service opportunities in which he has been involved, including a summer camp for teens where he led youth and showed them how much God loves them through discussions, examples, and engaging with them in activities and games. Timmy co-leads our Thursday evening Youth Group time with his sister and co-teaches our Sunday morning Senior High class.
