HAGERSTOWN MD

The City of Hagerstown has three sister city relationships. Wesel, Germany, joined hands with Hagerstown as sister cities on March 10, 1952. We developed our partnership with Hagerstown, Indiana, on October 1, 2013. Local resident Michael Keifer was instrumental in forming this relationship. Finally, on March 22, 2016, Mayor Davis Gysberts signed a proclamation establishing a Sister City affiliation between Hagerstown and Xinjin, China...
