Bruce A. Hauk has served as the Chief Corporate Development & Strategy Officer since August 2022. Mr. Hauk is responsible for business development and strategic planning. Before joining SJW Group, he served as President of NextEra Water, Regulated Operations and Military Services Group, and then as Deputy Chief Operating Officer of American Water. Additionally, Mr. Hauk has significant experience in municipal government, having served as Deputy Mayor/Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Westfield and as Town Manager/Director of Public Works for the Town of Westfield, Indiana.

Mr. Thornburg is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of SJW Group and SJW Land Company. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive of San Jose Water Company and SJWTX, Inc. He presides over one of the largest private water utilities in the U.S., serving approximately one million people in Silicon Valley and Texas.
Mr. Thornburg is a 35-year veteran of the water utility industry. Most recently, he served as the President and CEO of Connecticut Water Service, Inc. He also worked for American Water Works Corporation and Missouri-American Water.
Mr. Bittle has 40 years of experience as a utility manager in all aspects of the water industry, including utility management, project budgeting, capital planning, system design, SCADA design and management, regulatory compliance, and water quality compliance of water and wastewater systems.
Before joining SJWTX, Mr. Bittle was Production Director at Bexar Metropolitan Water District. He was responsible for all aspects of water production, staff supervision, project management, water quality, and long-term planning of additional water resources to meet the growing demands of the San Antonio area.

Ms. Joss has served as the Assistant Corporate Secretary since October 2022. Before this, Ms. Joss served as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Eleusis, a biotech company based in New York and London, England. She also spent over a decade at Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., with extensive experience supporting the board of directors and providing advice and counsel in governance and compliance matters. Before this, she was Corporate Counsel for Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc.
Mr. Hodge has over 30 years of experience in water utility management and water and wastewater engineering. As President, Mr. Hodge is responsible for the overall success of the utility, including business development and partnerships, financial performance, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and operations.
Before transferring to SJWTX in 2007, Mr. Hodge served as Engineering Manager for Capital Improvements for SJWC, managing a Capital Improvements Budget of over $40 million per year. Before joining SJW, Mr. Hodge was a Project Manager, Senior Engineer with Olivia Chen Consultants and Systems Infrastructure Inc. in San Francisco, where he provided engineering support for public and private sector clients on various projects and infrastructure projects in the U.S. internationally.

Mr. Brown has served as Corporate Secretary of SJWTX, Inc. since April 2020 and has served in various roles in the Legal Department of San Jose Water Company since joining that company in 2008. Before his years in the water industry, Mr. Brown served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. He was admitted to the State Bar of California and served as an Associate Attorney with Silicon Valley law firms until joining San Jose Water Company.
