Ben Henry, who is our VP of Operations, is originally from Davidsville, PA, and moved to North Carolina to be part of the Lincoln Technology Solutions Team. He received his AAS in Electronics Engineering from ITT Tech, and after working in the mobile phone industry for over 11 years, LTS provided an opportunity of change for him to fill a key role at a very young company that was hungry for growth and success.
Being apart of a company that is open to new ideas and methods, as well as encourages "outside the box" thinking and problem solving, are just a few of the reasons Ben is proud to be a part of our team. In his leisure time, Ben enjoys cooking, DIY projects and fishing.
Chelsea Chatman grew up in China and came over to the states to study finance at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. She received her bachelor's degree from UNC Greensboro and her master's degree in accounting from North Carolina State MAC Program. She is currently a certified public accountant licensed in North Carolina.
Lincoln Technology Solutions allows Chelsea to fulfill her career aspirations, and she appreciates that the company recognizes the competence and potential of not only herself, but all their employees. The team dynamic, company benefits and the passion that emerges from the individuals here at LTS are some of the things she values most in working here at LTS. Outside of the display industry, you can find Chelsea swimming, biking, and even though they can truly scare her, she loves watching horror movies!
President and CEO, David Lincoln, established Lincoln Technology Solutions in May of 2013. David grew up in Middleboro, MA, which is about 40 miles south of Boston, and has lived on both the east and west coast of the US, before settling down in North Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Science in 2001 and continued to obtain his MBA in Technology Management in 2006.
David previously worked for various large-scale corporations, and throughout his career at these different businesses, he realized that he wanted to branch out to be able to bring his own creativeness and innovation to the LCD and PCB industry. The ability to make a difference and build the best displays in the world is what keeps him motivated, along with spending time with his family, playing ice hockey, and enjoying a relaxing day on the lake.

Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, Jacob Kimbrell is the CTO and co-founder of Lincoln Technology Solutions. LTS originally started as a nights and weekends job for Jacob, but it quickly became obvious that this business was a way to write his own future, while at the same time getting to enjoy bringing creativity to life through electronic based products. Jacob graduated from North Carolina State University with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in both Electrical and Computer Engineering, as well as a minor in Business Management.
LTS allows Jacob to not only work on fascinating display projects in various industries, such as medical, automotive and broadcast, but to also travel around the world to visit clients, as well as oversee our factory in Shenzhen, China. If Jacob is not in the office working, he is most likely travelling with family to the mountains and beach, riding motorcycles on the Blue Ridge Parkway, or enjoying various kinds of classical and modern art ranging from photography to sculpture.
Jesse Henrikson started with Lincoln Technology Solutions in 2022. Prior to arriving in the great state of North Carolina, he previously worked in Minnesota and Texas, and has his original roots beginning on a farm in North Dakota. Before his journey to LTS, Jesse received both his Bachelor and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
Jesse's drive comes from being able to work with highly motivated individuals, who are all working toward the common goal of producing world class displays. He also believes that LTS is a great company because we are an agile organization with the ability to react quickly and exceed customer expectations. When he is not busy here at our Cary office, Jesse enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and being outdoors as much as possible.
Mark Slezak is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and still currently resides in the Old Line State. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Loyola University, as well as a Master of Business Administration, and Master of Science Technology Management, from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Mark joined Lincoln Technology Solutions in 2021 and saw how the company is continuously looking to take its employees, and products, to the "next level". He believes that LTS is a company that values entrepreneurial spirit and enables self-driven individual contributors to excel and grow. When Mark is not busy traveling to the Cary office, or visiting customers, he is homing in on his cooking skills (especially BBQ), gardening, or enjoying any sports activities, both playing and spectating, with his children.
