Prior to working at Lighting Unlimited, Heather held positions with industry giants like Black & Decker/DeWalt, honing her skills in marketing and sales. She also worked in management positions at Progressive Insurance and Nuance Communications.
Heather earned a BBA with a major in Marketing from the University of Iowa.
Heather's commitment to community involvement is evident through her role on the Apprenticeship Committee for the IEC of Arizona, where she actively contributes to the development of industry professionals.
Beyond her professional achievements, Heather is a devoted mother and caretaker. Keeping up with her husband, four children, and two dogs keeps her busy!

Scott's journey began in 1970 with Central Electric Supply in Chicago, IL, where he honed his skills and laid the foundation for a remarkable career. In 1979, he embarked on an entrepreneurial venture, founding Continental Electric, which expanded to two thriving locations in Phoenix and Pinetop.
In 1989, Scott took another ambitious step forward by establishing Lighting Unlimited, solidifying his reputation as a visionary leader with an exceptional knack for navigating the complexities of the electrical industry.
His educational background is anchored in a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater, a solid foundation that has complemented his strategic acumen and business savvy.
Within the current company, Scott's trajectory has been nothing short of remarkable. Having held various pivotal roles, he brings a comprehensive understanding of the organization's intricacies, informed by firsthand experience across different departments.

With four decades of professional experience, Todd brings a wealth of expertise in leadership, management, and operations. His career began in precious metals manufacturing and extended to distribution companies, including auto body parts, packaging and janitorial supplies, and eventually, lighting. He acquired experience in controller and internal audit roles within manufacturing and distribution companies, which honed his financial acumen. He went on to hold titles of CFO, COO, and VP of Finance and Operations for several distributors, attesting to his dynamic leadership abilities and understanding of financial strategy and operational excellence.
At Lighting Unlimited, Todd has held pivotal positions, including financial consultant, CFO, and CFO/COO, each role deepening his understanding of the organization's operations and strategic imperatives.
Todd earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Todd is passionate about sports. He has been an avid ice hockey player for more than five decades and enjoys the competition and camaraderie of team sports. He also enjoyed traveling and exploring new countries.
