Brad Shoemaker

Brad Shoemaker is director of investments and finance for Mimms Enterprises, where he has worked for more than 15 years. Currently, his role consists of the acquisition and disposition of shopping center and industrial assets. He also handles financing for the company, a job that consists primarily of loan originations, refinancing and handling lender relationships. In addition to his financial duties, Brad also heads up the property management team. Brad's tenure with Mimms began in the marketing department, where he served as director of marketing, handling responsibilities from designing the company website and marketing materials to national advertising placement and public relations. But marketing is simply where his journey started, as Brad has been fortunate to experience many facets of the commercial real estate business. Since 2008, Brad has handled more than $500 million in sales and acquisition transactions. He handled leasing and all renewals during that time, which equated to about 90 transactions per year on a portfolio of roughly 5 million square feet. This allowed Brad to meet face to face with the vast majority of Mimms' more than 500 tenants, develop many different negotiating techniques, and understand how a tenant's rent and commitment

David A. Mimms - Chairman

David Mimms is chairman of Mimms Enterprises, running the family-owned commercial real estate developer business with his brothers, Lonnie and Robert. David has spent his career in commercial real estate construction. He began his journey by working for three years at Wichita, Kansas-based Eby Construction before deciding to come work alongside his father, Malon D. Mimms, in 1979, to oversee leasing and construction. David is dual member of First Baptist Alpharetta and Sanibel Community Church and is on the board of Renew World Outreach. He served as a trainer for John Maxwell's EQUIP leadership training in Ethiopia, and he has also served on the board of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and worked with the Boys and Girls Club of Cherokee, Tim Elmore's "Growing Leaders," and Dominic Russo's "One Nation, One Day." David also previously served as a deacon at First Baptist Church of Cumming. David is an Atlanta native who attended Lakeside High School and graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in civil engineering. David and his wife Nora have four children and thirteen grandchildren.

Duedishar Jenkins

Duedishar Jenkins serves as office manager and collections manager for Mimms Enterprises. She has been part of the Mimms family since 1995, and during that time she has worn many hats and performed various duties inside the organization. In addition to working as the executive assistant to David and Robert Mimms, Duedishar is in charge of HR, accounts receivable and payables as well as working as a construction assistant. In her myriad jobs, she is the point of contact for many customers and relishes being able to share the experience gathered across her tenure in the commercial real estate business. For the past six years, Duedishar has been giving back to the community by participating in StreetReach, a local ministry event put on by Roswell's World Harvest Church. She also has worked with the Mary Hall Freedom House and has journeyed overseas for five mission trips. As a native Atlantan, Duedishar graduated from L.J. Price High School in South Atlanta, receiving an associate's degree in business from Atlanta Metropolitan College.

Erek Mimms

Erek Mimms is vice president of property management, IT and construction. In that role, he oversees the IT and construction departments at Mimms Enterprises, where he has worked for more than 10 years. In addition to overseeing the entire property management department at one point, Erek has successfully completed hundreds of construction projects during his time at Mimms. Erek is proud to work at Mimms Enterprises, a fourth-generation, family owned organization that is one of the largest privately held owners of commercial real estate in the Southeast. He grew up learning about the organization from his dad, chairman David, and his grandpa, Malon. He sees his job at Mimms as a continuation of the family-business legacy. He has a degree from Berry College's Campbell School of Business. He also holds an HVAC contractor license. Erek and his wife, Amanda, live in Alpharetta with their two daughters and one son. They are involved with Alpharetta First Baptist Church and are currently helping start an AFBC sister church, GracePoint, in Milton, Georgia, where Erek helps oversee the Sunday School Ministry. When not at work, he and his wife enjoy raising livestock, making pottery and gardening.

Jeff Keith

Jeff Keith is the controller of Mimms Enterprises, which currently boats 2 million square feet of leasable space in a portfolio of retail, industrial and office properties. In his role, Jeff serves as the primary manager of the company's day-to-day financial accounting functions, including lease administration, and employee benefits and payroll administration. He also advises the Jeff is a CPA and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from California State University, Fullerton. Jeff's many interests outside of work include, running, biking, swimming and reading non-fiction.

Leo Terrazas

Leo Terrazas is a business development associate at Mimms Enterprises. He has been working at Mimms since 2005. During his tenure at Mimms, Leo has experienced many facets of the commercial real estate business including, asset management, sales and acquisitions, construction, leasing, and financing. Leo is a licensed Georgia broker. He is a member of the CCIM Institute, where he has served on the board since 2015, as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Leo is a board member of the Fellowship Christian School. Leo graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees. Leo is active in the Fellowship Bible Church, where he has taught Sunday school for many years. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children.

Lonnie Mimms - CEO

Lonnie Mimms has over 35 years of experience working in the Commercial Real Estate industry. In his role as CEO of Mimms Enterprises, his primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, overseeing the company's fiscal activity and providing strategic direction of the company. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Mimms spent 22 years in several capacities for Mimms Enterprises and Malon D. Mimms Company from Chief Financial Officer to sales acquisition, finance, leasing and construction. Lonnie is a native of Atlanta and graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Electrical Engineering. A lifelong computer enthusiast, Lonnie is the founder of the Computer Museum of America located in Roswell, GA where he supervises all aspects of the museum and is the acting curator. He is also the co-founder of the Vintage Computer Festival Southeast. Mr. Mimms currently serves as the Vice President of the Executive Board for Visit Roswell and Roswell Inc and is a member of the Roswell Economic Development Alliance and the Ethics Commission City of Roswell.

Malon Mimms

Malon Mimms, fresh off duty as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, joins his father in the family real estate business. The Mimms men mostly work developing warehouses in the area until Thomas retires in 1962. Malon then begins Mimms Enterprises to focus on shopping center redevelopment.

Robert C. Mimms - President

Robert Mimms is president of Mimms Enterprises. As a general partner and owner, Rob oversees land acquisition, development, redevelopment, industrial sales and acquisitions, as well as retail sales and acquisitions out of state. Rob joined the family business in 1989. Starting in 2006, Rob spearheaded an average of 70 real estate transactions each year, bringing his total real-estate activity to more than 900 transactions in the past 13 years. These deals amount to a staggering 2.5 million square feet. He is a member of the the NAIOP, SIOR, ICSC and the Atlanta Board of Realtors. Rob has a degree in marketing from the University of Georgia. When he's not in the office, Rob is active in a number of charities and religious organizations in the area. Rob participates in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the fundraising division of Mount Pisgah Christian School, Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church, the Peachtree Christian Foundation and the Peachtree Christian Hospice. His current and past board memberships include North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, St. Martin's Episcopal School, and North Fulton Habitat for Humanity. Rob is also an advocate of the Boys and Girls Club of Cherokee County. He currently lives in Roswell and has two children, Caroline and Grant, and two grandchildren.

Sarah Gretzmacher

Sarah Gretzmacher is a business development associate at Mimms Enterprises, where she has worked since 2014. Her involvement with the organization's retail portfolio includes the acquisition and development of new tenants, lease renewals, tenant expansions, relocations, redevelopment, assignments and modifications. For each lease transaction, she works on the pre-qualification and financing of prospects, preparation of legal documents, full lease negotiation, and coordination of tenant construction. To find these tenants, Sarah creates a tenant mix and marketing plan for each shopping center, implementing a tenant prospecting system via advanced networking methodology. During her time at Mimms, she has established numerous relationships with national, regional and local tenants. Sarah came to Mimms with extensive realty experience at companies like Weichert Realtors in St. Louis and Georgia Realty in Atlanta before serving as a leasing agent for shopping centers at Phillips and Edison Company. She is a licensed Georgia broker and is member of the Atlanta-based Association of Young Real Estate Professionals. Sarah holds a bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Missouri's Lindenwood University. When she's not at work, Sarah likes to spend time with her family and friends, run, pursue other outdoor activities and flip homes.
