Cathy has resided in Cape Coral for nearly a decade, along with her three daughters. Born and raised in Michigan, she transplanted here like so many of her clients and started anew. This relocation experience has afforded her the opportunity to better assist clients who are new to the community and are anxiously looking for guidance. Cathy's is the perfect person to provide that insight as she has "walked in their shoes" and understands the anxiety of "being new". Finally, Cathy's motto is make the friend first and then make the deal second!

Jessica King is a Florida native and returning employee at Florida Resale Properties. Jessica has followed in her mother's footsteps by jumping into real estate as her mother did with her grandmother. Jessica has 3 children which keep her "tied" up during her free-time.
Florida Resale Properties was founded in 1983 by my parents who have been in real estate all their life! (or so it seems) They then hired me in 1988 as a secretary. Within the year I obtained my real estate and then broker's license and have been "beating the bushes" ever since. After 30+ years in the business, I still love the feeling of matching the perfect property with a satisfied buyer. "The best part is all the friends I have made over the years, many who now work here!"
I was born with real estate in my blood. My Grandmother was the first woman salesperson for Lehigh Corporation and worked for a couple Brokers before forming her own company, FLORIDA RESALE PROPERTIES IN 1983. When she retired she handed things down to my mother, my sister joined the team, and finally I made the leap into real estate! I can hardly remember a time in life I wasn't in the office, I started young helping around the office by filing, pulling plats, and answering phone calls. I moved to managing the maintenance department for our rentals and decided to follow in the family's foot steps by obtaining my real estate license. There's no task to small or too big, as long as I am making someone smile, my job is done!
