A native of Sussex County, Ben Gordy joined Ocean Atlantic as a college intern in 2005, and permanently after graduation in 2006. He manages the land development of the residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, including the entitlements and approvals, coordination of design and engineering, oversight of site and utility construction, and day-to-day operations. Ben graduated cum laude from Wesley College, majoring in Business Administration with concentrations in management and marketing. He has held his Delaware real estate license since 2007. Ben currently resides in the Millsboro area with his wife, Lindsey, and two sons, Connor and Reece.

Greg Tobias is the Executive Manager for Ocean Atlantic Companies which includes acting as the managing partner for certain projects and head of acquisitions and market expansion for Schell Brothers. Prior to returning to the United States in 2013, he co-founded Ocean Atlantic International in 2004 with Preston Schell to develop residential and commercial property in Eastern Europe. Ocean Atlantic International was a vertically integrated platform that included development (OAI Management), general contractor (Downtown Construction), architecture (element International), and brokerage (Ocean Atlantic Properties). As part of a joint venture formed in 2011 between Ocean Atlantic International and MPC Properties (a Merrill Lynch Principal Investments operating company in Belgrade, Serbia), Mr. Tobias was the acting Head of Acquisitions and Development for a retail development program across the Balkans. Prior to founding Ocean Atlantic International, he worked at Clark Realty Capital in Washington DC as a Development Executive acquiring and developing in-fill mixed-use projects in Washington DC and Northern Virginia valued at over $800 million. Mr. Tobias joined the Board of Trustees and has been an active alumnus of Carrabassett Valley Academy in 2000. He received a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Alaska (1995) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (2002). Mr. Tobias resides in Lewes, DE with his wife Sandra and two sons, Lucca (5) and Andrei (3).

Jaime Zolper joined Ocean Atlantic Management in 2002 and currently serves as a Senior Project Manager. Her responsibilities include: project management, investor and bank relations, operating development budgets, project accounting, sales and settlement monitoring, project utilization and other operational activities. She currently serves on all of Ocean Atlantic HOA Community Boards. Prior to working at Ocean Atlantic she worked as a Financial Analyst at Atlantic General Hospital and Jones Lang LaSalle. Jaime is also an agent with Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty, where she received her State of Delaware residential license in 2003 to further her real estate knowledge. She is also member of NAR, the National Association of Realtors ®. Mrs. Zolper graduated cum laude from Frostburg State University and she has a MS from University of Delaware. She resides in Rehoboth Beach, DE with her husband, Casey, and two daughters, Alexis and Brooke.

Growing up in Wilmington, just a few counties away from Sussex, Jill and her family trekked to the Rehoboth and Lewes Beaches often to visit with relatives as well as enjoy the historic and pristine coast our county has to offer. It was a natural progression for her family to relocate pending her parent's retirement. Now raising a family of her own, she couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Jill graduated from Salisbury State University in 1997 with a BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management. Prior to joining Ocean Atlantic, Jill was a property manager for a local property management firm working closely with developers of condominium and single family home communities. When the business was sold, she was given the opportunity to join Ocean Atlantic. Jill is the Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO, COO and Vice Chairman of the Ocean Atlantic Companies. She also manages the daily operations of the corporate office. Jill and her husband, Bryon reside in Rehoboth Beach with their children, Jeremiah and Paige. She has been actively involved with both the Sussex Academy Foundation and Sussex Sports Center Foundation since their inception. Jill currently serves as Treasurer of the Sussex Academy Foundation Board of Directors. She even finds time to be active in community events with her husband and son who serve as volunteers for the local fire company.

Mr. Schell is co-founder and President of the Ocean Atlantic Companies, a diversified group of real estate development, management, construction and brokerage firms, including Ocean Atlantic Management (development mgmt.), Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's (real estate brokerage), Schell Brothers (production homebuilder) and TVG Partners (self-storage and fitness centers). Mr. Schell serves as the Managing Member of approximately 50 limited liability companies engaged in OAC's various real estate activities and development projects. Prior to starting Ocean Atlantic in 1997, Mr. Schell worked as an investment banker for Merrill Lynch in Chicago. Mr. Schell is also involved in a number of not-for-profit entities. He co-founded in 2001 the Sussex County Land Trust, a public/private partnership between the real estate community and the County with the mission of preserving open space in Sussex County, and served as its Vice Chairman for over 10 years. Mr. Schell currently serves as the Chairman of the Delaware Chapter of the Nature Conservancy and is a leader in the formation, serving as the Chair of the site selection, design, and construction committees, of the Sussex Preparatory Academy charter school. Mr. Schell graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College (1996) and he has an MBA from the Harvard Business School (2002). He resides in Rehoboth Beach, DE with his wife, Kathleen, and two teenage sons, Jack and Brady.
