Our office is at 31 Washington Ave, Brooklyn, Wellington, where we moved approximately four years ago from our premises at 131 Willis St, Wellington... We offer a full property management service and our business is solely property management so we are fully focused on managing your property... Len started to build up a portfolio of rental properties in Wellington more than than 20 years ago and since then we have expanded to the Hutt Valley and the Kapiti Coast. We also owned a property management company in Wanaka for a number of years but sold this several years ago.
