John Peace

John Robert Peace founded the Peace Law Firm in Greenville, South Carolina in 2002. He graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina Law School in 1998. Prior to law school, John Peace completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in 1992 and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (Economics and Finance) from the University of South Carolina School of Business. Before law school, John Peace worked at Liberty Life Insurance Company in Greenville, where he completed his Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FMLI) designation in 1995. Since 2005, John Peace has served periodically on the Board of Governors for the S.C. Association for Justice. He has advised both lawyers and non-lawyers on Group Benefits cases and on other ERISA and Insurance Issues for over 15 years. John R. Peace is licensed to practice law in South Carolina (1998) and North Carolina (2000) and is admitted to practice in United States District Courts, for the District of South Carolina (2000), the Western District of North Carolina (2007), the Middle District of North Carolina (2007), and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit (2000).
