Prior to that, he was with a large Dallas-based law firm where he represented banks and other financial institutions in documenting, negotiating and closing secured lending transactions involving LIBOR, CD and other interest rate options; letters of credit, guaranties and other credit enhancements; syndications and participations; and restructurings.
