MICHAEL B. MANKIN, Senior Consultant. Mr. Mankin-formerly federal area leasing manager of Cisco Capital with over 30 years of experience in the public finance market and product sales-helped grow annual federal finance volume from $5 million when he joined Cisco in 2000 to $350 million in 2010, totaling over $1.6 billion during his tenure. Mr. Mankin is also a former military service officer with extensive experience with federal acquisition regulations.
MICHAEL R. MCKINNEY, Senior Vice President. Mr. McKinney-formerly with TD Equipment Finance and Key Government Finance-has over 25 years of experience in federal technology and energy finance, and has consistently and dramatically increased financing volume across a variety of asset classes, including information technology, copier and duplicating, telecommunications and energy conservation. Mr. McKinney is a former military service officer with extensive experience with federal acquisition regulations.
ROBERT E. RIGLER, Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Rigler spent 25 years as an attorney specializing in transactions secured by federal government leases and receivables. Prior to that, he was with a large Dallas-based law firm where he represented banks and other financial institutions in documenting, negotiating and closing secured lending transactions involving LIBOR, CD and other interest rate options; letters of credit, guaranties and other credit enhancements; syndications and participations; and restructurings.
MAEVE T. RIGLER, President, C.E.O. and Owner. An attorney who has been intimately involved for 15 years in structuring, documenting, negotiating and closing federal contract financings, Ms. Rigler's knowledge of the federal government is extensive. Prior to founding Securus Capital, Ms. Rigler represented banks and other financial institutions, as well as technology companies doing business with the federal government.
