Arielle is the office assistant at Sharon Davis Design. As the office assistant she is pivotal in maintaining functional office operations on a daily basis. Arielle is a native New Yorker and fluent in 3 languages. English, Finnish and Greek. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Binghamton University.
Danette has 20+ years of working in the financial side of the Architecture, Engineering, and Design sectors. She has extensive knowledge, experience, and familiarity with industry policies and procedures. As a trusted consultant, she also assisted CFOs, Controllers, and general accounting staff with the implementation of their accounting software. Additionally, her work in each firm included system setup, project management reporting, financial statement models, invoicing, report customization, timesheet and expense collection, data transfer, and personnel planning. She has worked on a contract basis with a host of the industry's most prestigious architectural, engineering, and design firms. She graduated from Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business.
Elvira believes in socially responsible architecture that strengthens communities and fosters social equity. Her portfolio comprises of work with a significant public component focused in educational projects ranging from Pre-K to Higher Education level. She is passionate about building materials and research and how to deploy these effectively and sustainably at vastly different scales, from master plans to intricate building details.
Elvira holds a Master of Architecture degree from Yale School of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology. She is a Registered Architect in the state of New York and a LEED BD+C accredited professional.

Johanna manages the day to day operations of Sharon Davis Design as well as assisting in long term planning and execution of short and long term goals. Her background in management for other prestigious and creative entrepreneurs, such as Warner LeRoy (Tavern on the Green, Russian Tea Room, Great Adventure, etc.), gives her the experience to think creatively in a dynamic environment. Having lived in four countries and being conversant in five languages helps enable the company to expand our understanding and reach worldwide.
