Founded in 1998 by ETPM (which later became ACERGY and more recently Subsea7), SONANGOL and WAPO, Sonamet is meant to promote and develop the Angolan community and commercial market... Sonamet has an active role in the social development of the Benguela community. The numerous social projects conducted and funded by Sonamet has helped to contribute to improve education and health throughout the province... Sonamet's mission is to provide state-of-the-art, quality fabrications and survey services to oil and gas companies for both shallow and deepwater projects.
