Joel's market knowledge, attention to follow-through, and good ole' common sense are hallmarks of his success. When Joel isn't building homes or directing the future of Spoon Real Estate, he can be found throwing around a football in the league he founded nearly 10 years ago. A devoted father of three, Joel has been actively involved in coaching athletic teams and volunteering at his children's school functions.
As the daughter of a home-builder, Robyn brings years of experience to the home-buying process. She's a natural when it comes to understanding clients' needs, making her successful at educating home sellers and buyers on what to expect. When finding time off, Robyn's likely to be cuddled up with a good book after a day of school fundraising, volunteering for church functions, or simply taking care of her family.

Tracy St. John possesses an enthusiastic attitude that complements the team's equally eager spirit. As the group's Construction Manager, Tracy's open, friendly manner and attentive, organizational abilities enables the rest of the office to operate at peak performance. When work is over, you can find her cheering for one of her two boys at the baseball diamond, basketball court or archery shoot.

Becky Morris wears many hats at Spoon Real Estate and Construction. Her role as client care coordinator will make her one of your primary contacts. Scheduling showings, setting up appointments and ensuring a smooth process through closing are just a few of her duties. Communicating with the community about the happenings at Spoon Real Estate and Construction also fall within her daily schedule. She is the personality behind many of the Facebook updates and website work! In addition to her office responsibilities, Becky is a licensed Realtor. She has a particular knack for assisting clients in the prepping phase (staging and pricing a home for sale!). Her degree in Business Marketing from University of Florida has prepared her well for these tasks.

Jeff is a licensed Real Estate Broker. He is a local to the Edinburgh-Columbus area, and strives to help others achieve their goals, whether it is buying or selling. He has years of experience working in real estate and helping clients sell and buy their homes. Jeff's favorite part of real estate is the diverse variety of tasks, that every day is different and fresh. When he isn't working, he enjoys riding motorcycles and fishing in his free time. Jeff also has three kids - Hannah, Coy, and Sarah - and his wife Billie teaches kindergarten at Richards Elementary.

Billie is excited to join her husband, Jeff, in the field of real estate. She has a long history of helping others achieve goals, whether in the dance studio, at home with her children, or in the classroom. Billie brings the same sense of enthusiasm and tenacity to clients listing or searching for their next home. Jeff and Billie are parents to three grown children and look forward to this venture together. When not teaching kindergarten at W. D. Richards Elementary or selling real estate, Billie enjoys time with family, her three active dogs, time at the beach, and inspiring acts of kindness with the group Columbus IN Rocks.
