Techborder was founded by David Regal in 2003 after graduating with highest honors in his Electrical Engineering class at University of Florida. He felt confident that he could offer excellent computer and software engineering services with his knowledge from professors in various Electrical Engineering classes and from his job experience at an internet company... While Techborder was founded in 2003, in 2013, after years of working in a corporate environment, we decided to take our business to the next level by dedicating 100% to working for clients creating great software.
