CRs at UGA is committed to maintaining an open dialogue and is welcoming to all students on UGA's campus... In 2018, CRs at UGA provided critical support as volunteers, interns and paid staff members in the midterm elections. Our members were extremely involved in our local elections, where we worked successfully to flip two Athens-area State House districts. Furthermore, our members worked relentlessly to contribute to yet another Republican sweep of statewide constitutional offices, including the election of Athens native Brian Kemp as the 83rd Governor of Georgia... The College Republicans at the University of Georgia is the largest CRs Chapter in the nation! We are the official arm of the Georgia Association of College Republicans and the College Republican National Committee on campus at UGA. We have been recognized for our excellence in campaign work, campus outreach, bringing in high-profile speakers and training some of the brightest minds of the political and public policy..
