Since joining our team in 2016, Art Krolow has become an integral part of our operations, demonstrating proficiency in every aspect of gymnasium floor work, from subfloor installation to paint and finish. His exceptional skills in paint and finish have earned him the role of managing Paint Crew #1, a position he carries out with pride. With experience spanning across six states, Art infuses each job with a unique blend of energy, passion, and humor, consistently elevating the workplace atmosphere and the quality of our projects.

Introducing Blaze Tucker, a committed member of our team who embarked on his gym flooring journey with us at the young age of 15. Notably, Blaze celebrated his 16th birthday while working on a gymnasium project, and has continued this unique tradition with each subsequent birthday! Now at 19, Blaze's enthusiasm for painting gymnasium floors is palpable. With his drive and dedication, he is rapidly progressing towards achieving his goal of becoming a Journeyman gym floor painter.

Dan Krolow, who has been fostering young minds as a high school science teacher at the Wittenberg Birnamwood School District for an impressive 31 years. Recently, he broadened his horizons by venturing into the gym flooring industry in Montana, offering his assistance to his son in painting gym floors. With the rewarding experiences he's had, Dan plans to continue contributing his skills to this new venture in the foreseeable future.

Meet Kolton Krolow, a pivotal member and crew leader of our paint and finish team at Wyoming Wood Floors Western Sport Floors. Hailing from the small town of Wittenberg, Wisconsin, Kolton furthered his education post-high school before embarking on a new journey in Montana. For the past two years, he has been honing his skills on gym floors, taking up the mantle of crew leadership within the first year. His expertise recently took him all the way to Argentina, where he consulted on a flooring project for a professional team - a trip that coincided with Argentina's World Soccer Cup win, transforming him into an avid soccer fan!

Paul's passion for beautiful gymnasium floors radiates through his extensive involvement in the industry. As an active member of both the Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association (MFMA) and the American Sports Builders Association (ASBA), and a founding member of Sport Flooring Contractors, his influence is far-reaching. His dedication to sharing knowledge is evident in his YouTube channel, Wyoming Wood Floors, featuring over 100 educational videos on gymnasium flooring. His management prowess is demonstrated as the Operations Manager of Wyoming Wood Floors LLC and Western Sport Floors LLC, effectively serving customers across seven states. Paul's expertise is globally acknowledged, having provided international consulting on gym floor installation. His deep-seated passion for gymnasium floors is the driving force behind his remarkable contributions to the field.

Shane Francis, a native of Missoula, MT, where he was ingrained with carpentry skills from an early age. Shane has been a valuable member of the Wyoming Wood Floors LLC team for two years. Starting as a crew member, his dedication and talent quickly saw him rise through the ranks to become a Crew Lead. While he primarily leads the Installation crew, Shane's versatility allows him to contribute to various aspects of our operations. He embodies the spirit of teamwork, always ready to step in wherever he's needed.
