The White Lake Citizens League (WLCL) is a nonprofit, volunteer organization, representing over 600 property owners on or near White Lake in Oakland County, Michigan. The Citizens League was started February, 1961 by Arleigh Hess, with the articles of incorporation filed in November, 1962...
