Our Mission is a simple....to assist YOU in living out YOUR life plan!... Plan On It is a single resource for individuals, age 55 to 85 plus, and their families to utilize in reviewing their life plan as they transition into their older adult life. We will work with seniors to discuss their wants, needs and desires in order to assist them in an understanding and caring manner to prepare a plan for today, tomorrow and beyond. We will effectively document, coordinate and communicate our client's plan to the appropriate parties, especially their family. We are knowledgeable with regard to Medicaid, Medicare, Long Term Care Insurance and Living Trusts. We are experienced in working Lawyers, Financial Planners, Trusts Officers, Probate Courts, Caregiver Agencies and Insurance companies. Financial management for aging adults is offered, along with personal bookkeeping. Whether it be for the Baby Boomer generation, their children or their parents, Plan On It will assist them as a Certified..
