Up & Under Sports provides high quality coaching sessions in both primary and secondary schools. All of our sessions are active, purposeful, enjoyable and we aim to inspire pupils to achieve a healthy lifestyle... On returning to the UK in December 2009, Geraint and Jenny decided to turn their vision into a reality and Up & Under Sports was born. We now offer children the opportunity to experience new and exciting sports regardless of age, gender or ability through high quality sports coaching in schools and within the community... With all this in mind, we have designed the Up & Under Sports CHALLENGE TRAIL to ensure physical activity, fun, challenge and movement can be built into the home learning routine! We have created a road map of sports, each with a number of different challenges for you to follow on our YouTube channel.
