​​​​​​Paros Capital is a macro and real estate family office that was set up in 2012 to house existing family owned assets. The business has diversified and grown over the last few years, and currently provides specialist housing solutions across six different sectors: care homes, student accommodation, HMOs, approved premises, professional living communities and women-only refuges... We operate one proprietary fund: the Paros Active Value Portfolio I (PAVP-I). Through PAVP-I we invest in already-established units and build & develop our own units, which we all run and operate through our subsidiary, Paros Management.
