Rebecca has spent two ski seasons working in a sports injury clinic in an Austrian ski resort treating ski and snowboard enthusiasts of all abilities, whilst developing her own skiing technique at every opportunity. Rebecca gained further experience through her work at private clinics, charity events, The British Rowing Championships and at London Irish RFC. As well as being passionate about her profession Rebecca is a keen sports woman and still trains consistently having competed at a serious level as a 400m sprinter. Rebecca has held numerous titles including Kent 400m and 800m champion, as well as South of England 400m Champion. Alongside sprinting and skiing, Rebecca counts cycling as one of her passions, leading her to cycle 500km from London to Paris to raise £6000 for a Hospice charity very close to her heart. Through her love for sport and training, Rebecca has personally experienced nutritional challenges and injuries of varying magnitudes. This experience, along with her Sports Therapy, Pilates, and Nutritionist skills, enables her to support individuals through their training regimes and day to day lives with a greater understanding, helping them reach their full potential. DTA is here every step of the way.
