Adam Cornish

Following on from completing his Masters and working as a researcher at Cardiff University; Adam joined Quod in 2014 as an Assistant Planner and is now enjoying life as an Associate working on a plethora of projects. Dealing with sites of all scales across different sectors, he works on behalf of a number of different private sector clients whom he has developed a strong relationship with. His time is predominately spent providing clear and concise planning advice, submitting representations, researching planning policy, preparing detailed applications, as well as undertaking retail impact assessments. Adam is a proud supporter of Exeter City but also enjoys spending time in the gym training for a range of competitive events such as triathlons, marathons and cycling events. Outside of this he likes to spend his time travelling, socialising with friends and listening to music.

Adrian Fox

Adrian has a wide range of planning experience, particularly in residential, retail and commercial development. Acting for a variety of private and public sector clients throughout the UK, he has a solid background in providing strategic advice through to the preparation and submission of planning application. He also has significant experience in retail planning, including the detailed consideration of quantitative and qualitative matters, the sequential approach and the possible trading effects of new development. His considerable experience has led to Adrian giving expert witness evidence at a number of planning inquiries. Outside of work, Adrian spends most of his time with his family but whenever he has the chance, he can be found watching his other love, Stoke City FC.

Aisling Webb

Aisling is a highly experienced and accomplished environmental professional with over 15 years of experience in environmental planning and consultancy. A dynamic results-driven Associate with a great background in providing leadership and management of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), environmental management and mitigation strategies for both UK and international projects. Aisling thrives in maximising the use of managerial and instructional skills to deliver unique design solutions for development projects. Aisling develops efficient multidisciplinary technical teams for her client projects who can avoid, eliminate and minimise project environmental effects, whilst maximising flexibility through the planning process. She has been project director and manager for a diverse range of multidisciplinary projects, across a variety of consenting regimes and all sectors and including complex masterplans, strategic infrastructure projects and urban regeneration developments. When outside of Quod Aisling enjoys keeping up with her sleep intolerant children and husband, good food and wine, working out, watching super hero movies and sport.

Aleksandra Brzózka

Aleksandra joined Quod in September 2021 and has gained considerable experience working across the private and public sector since. Her educational background includes an Urban Planning, Design and Management BSc (University College London) and Urban Design MRes (University College London), in which she focused on developing her skills related to urban regeneration and local economic development. She has experience working on a range of projects, including business case writing and assurance and applications for Government funding. She regularly supports the team on economic modelling for large infrastructure projects and mixed-use development in London, socio-economic impact assessment, spatial analysis using GIS software and population and labour modelling. Outside of work she enjoys long walks in and around London, spending time with friends and family and travelling.

Alex MacGregor

Alex is a chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) and joined Quod in 2019 with over four years' experience in the private sector. He has worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from large high-profile mixed-use developments within London to residential, retail and commercial schemes across the UK. Alex has experience in all aspects of the planning process, from providing initial advice at a project's inception, to the preparation and submission of planning applications and subsequent discharging of conditions. As a born and bred Welshman, Alex is an avid supporter of the Welsh rugby team. Alex is also a keen traveler and enjoys exploring what Europe and the rest of the world has to offer. When not travelling, you will find Alex either in one of London's beer gardens or searching for the best flat white that London has to offer.

Alexander Hamlet

Alex joins Quod with over three years' experience working at private consultancies in London. He became a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) in 2023. In his previous role, Alex worked on strategic planning, advising clients on primarily residential development on greenfield and greenbelt land and working with clients from the very start of the planning process through to delivering consent. His focus was in Kent and understanding the political and planning changes in the County. He also led on tourism and leisure developments. Alex now focuses on energy and transport infrastructure planning and is looking forward to developing his skills in this area.

Alistair Walker

Alistair is a highly experienced environmental professional with over 10 years' experience providing commercial environmental planning advice to the public and private sector. A chartered environmental planner, he works proactively with clients to establish and articulate a clear and effective environmental planning strategy that provides holistic benefits across the project. Alistair is highly proficient at managing large, complex, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and development projects, having worked on numerous high-profile developments in a range of sectors, including large multi-phased masterplans, mixed-use residential developments and infrastructure projects. This understanding allows him to provide robust and unique advice to every client to ensure that a project's environmental effects are avoided, eliminated and/or minimised as far as possible whilst seeking to achieve the greatest value to the development being sought. He also works proactively with Councils to provide impartial third-party review expertise. Recent project work includes environmental planning roles for Battersea Power Station, Gilston Park Estate and Deptford Landings. Away from the office, Alistair likes being outdoors and will put his hand to most sports offered up. He also thinks of himself as a DIY aficionado with mixed results

After a short illness, Amanda passed away on 30th December 2017. She was a very lovely lady and a huge part of the Quod family. We are all devastated to have lost her. Amanda joined Quod in November 2013 as the Credit Controller. Another recruit from our feeder company PwC, Amanda brought with her a wealth of knowledge and experience due to her strong background in Finance. Outside of the office Amanda liked nothing more than spending time with her two precious children or cycling around Hyde Park with her flask of hot tea.

Angie Fenton

Angie is a chartered town planner with a strong track record of achieving viable and implementable planning consents, promoting land for development and providing commercially astute planning advice to her clients. Angie is an experienced lead planning consultant focusing mainly on residential, logistics, hotels, student accommodation and mixed use developments throughout the UK and also benefits from her experience as a central London planning officer at the London Borough of Wandsworth. She is involved in all aspects of the planning process, advising on initial concept and acquisition of land, providing creative planning strategies, managing planning applications and consultant teams and negotiating acceptable planning permissions with Local Planning Authorities. Angie has a successful planning appeal record and has also successfully influenced Local and Neighbourhood Plans in favour of her clients, submitting robust representations and representing clients at Local Plan Examinations. Outside of Quod, Angie enjoys the outdoors and sports, exploring new cities and visiting her hometown of Dublin.

Anjuli Schiele

Anjuli joined Quod in Spring 2014 as an Assistant Planner after graduating from the Bartlett School of Planning, UCL, in MSc International Planning. Prior to joining Quod, Anjuli gained valuable experience in the private sector and now has over 8 years of planning experience. Anjuli is an Associate and is involved in various projects at Quod, including housing-led mixed-use regeneration, interim-use schemes and the redevelopment of railway arches and stations. Outside of Quod, Anjuli loves to find new places to experience with family and friends. From trying out a new bar or restaurant in London, to planning an exciting weekend away.

Antonia MacDougall

Antonia is an Associate Director at Quod and has gained over eight years' experience working across both Planning and Development Economics disciplines. Antonia regularly advises clients on all stages of the planning and development process from preacquisition site bids to post submission planning obligation negotiations. Antonia's expertise includes financial modelling, development appraisals, estate regeneration financial performance, affordable housing products and viability advice. Outside of work Antonia enjoys socialising with friends, travelling, and can often be seen running around her local park on a Saturday morning.
