Simon Misiewicz is the co-founder of Optimise Accountants. He is an ACCA account, ATT tax advisor and is passionate about property investing. He has invested personally in single lets and HMOs. He has purchased properties in an auction and completed several sandwich deals with flips on the side. He has a desire for his clients to be comfortable around numbers and having confidence in their property investment strategy. He wants clients to be in the knowledge that they are investing in the most tax efficient structure.
