In addition to using the best of Cornish produce we always provide sauces from top brand companies like Heinz, HP and Hellmanns... Since opening in 1980, we have been cooking in Beef Dripping. We believe this is the traditional method that gives a far better flavour and texture. Unfortunately this does make any product cooked in oil unsuitable for vegetarians - however, we have a delicious selection of jacket potatoes with a variety of fillings or we can grill a piece of fish of your choice that can be served with a jacket potato or salad instead of chips. We cannot currently offer gluten free options... Located in the heart of Truro, we've been serving customers from Penzance to Portscatho for over 40 years. Which means our family-run business can use their experience to provide our customers with exactly what they want and enjoy.
