In 2002, China began to notice "Pu'er Tea" but not fully understand the cultivation of wild tea(the ancient tea tree). After Mr. Tsai visited Mangjing Village, Jingmai, Lancang County, Simao City. He felt that the ancient tea forest area is a treasure and decided to protect the ancient tea trees from falling into destruction. During the 6th China Tea Fair in April 2003, 101 Tea Company signed a contract with the Lancang County People's Government to protect and develop the thousand-million-mu ancient tea garden of Jingmai Mangjing. In order to actively and effectively protect the vicissitudes of cultural heritage-ancient tree tea, 101 Tea Company carried out limited scientific picking of ancient tea trees and passed the International Organic Tea Certification of the United States, European Union, Japan, China in 2004.
