I am a Management Consultant, Project Manager and an Electrical/Electronics Engineer and with 17 years of experience. I have a masters' degree in Leading Innovation and Change from York St John University. My research project was "An Examination of the Relationship Between Leadership, Organisational Culture, and Innovation System and Their Effects on Each Other in the UK Part of a Multinational, Military, High Technology Company". I have been accredited as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute (PMI) since June 2011. I am a member and volunteer of PMI-UK and PMI-TR. I have been giving Project Management and MSP courses and lectures live online, face to face in the Electrical Engineering Chamber, Gazi University, exhibitions and giving live on-line management development trainings on the subjects of Innovation Management, Change Management, Time Management, Motivation, Leadeship, Team Building, and Creativity.
