Anne-Marie is an energetic and insightful person with a very rare blend of over 20 years for international management experience in Asia and Europe and over 10 years of consulting experience in business growth and change management.
She worked in Thailand during booming time as well as the 97 financial crisis. Her career on international business and finance in the public and private sectors gave her the opportunity to develop cross cultural knowhow and a strong exposure to the complexity of transition phases.
Projects and challenge dedicated, she introduced and implemented change management during 4 years for a major cultural transformation project in HSBC France involving over 8,000 people.
This amazing adventure resulted in such a personal accomplishment that Anne Marie decided to transform it in her daily goal, becoming a Change management and executive advisor. To reinforce her mastering in supporting people in business and change, she joined ICA, International Coaching Academy and became a ICF certified executive business coach.
Anne Marie is a MBA graduate in Finance from ESCP-EAP France. She also serves on boards of directors in Thailand.
