Ainsley Duncan

Ainsley Duncan has over 25 years of sales, marketing and commercial real estate experience. Having a father that has developed and built both residential and commercial properties, Ainsley quickly took interest in the family trades. He currently specializes in the land acquisition and development of multifamily and mixed use properties throughout Metro Atlanta and the Dominican Republic . Ainsley Duncan is recognized as the top producer having gross sales exceeding well over $100 million year to date and has consistently achieved results in both up and down markets. Prior to his career in real estate, Ainsley became a licensed contractor and followed in his father's footsteps and developed and bulit luxury homes. Ainsley maintains his credential and his contracting entity and often offers his services as a value add for his clients. Prior to starting his own business endeavors, Ainsley was head of on-site sales and marketing for a Thurgood Custom Homes, a large residential real estate firm in Atlanta. With his expertise in the real estate industry and successful sales record, he can help you determine the right investment for you; whether you are looking to buy, lease or sell real estate. Ainsley has lived in several countries outside the United States and has a wealth of international contacts. He is conversational in French and currently learning Spanish.

KIRK LOFTON

Licensed originally in 2004, Kirk started his real estate career in Washington DC and Maryland. With a focus on the clients needs, Kirk gives equal attention to each client, regardless of size. In his residential practice, Kirk, doesn't simply sell a property; but rather sits down with his clients, and develops a strategic plan that is tailor made to their needs. While his continuing education in the commercial industry has allowed him to connect with valuable resources nationwide as well as some international markets to add additional value to the services and advisory he offers to clients. Linking investors with investments is his specialty as he has cultivated integral relationships over the years and now works directly with many decision makers and fund managers with an ultimate goal of creating a win-win solution.
