AYS is a safe, reliable, and happy place for my child to be after school. The staff gives my child the attention and care that I don't think he would get at another after-school program... At AYS, 80% of our staff and 53% of our students identify as women. We have fierce mothers, daughters, and sisters immersed in our community. They are also leaders, mentors, and friends.
