During the past 15 years our offering in trainingmaterial evolved also. We have trained many people in Service Management, active as reviewer of ITIL4 material, we used also Insights and recently, in 2020, we are also certificied to train and coach organisations in Unified Service Management (USM). We ordered our material via ITPreneurs and in 2020 we started also to work with Van Haren Publishing and SURVUZ. Over the years our Service Management programme evolves in two main tracks: all about (internal) relations and tensions. And the other track is about agreements, principles and contracts, based on Unfied Service Management.
