Adam is originally from Upper Sandusky and now lives in Findlay. He earned an HVAC degree from Terra State Community College and has been doing HVAC since he graduated high school. Adam is very passionate about providing high-quality service for our customers and I am proud to work at Beltz Home Service Co.
I work in the electric trade and am amazed at how electricity works. I enjoy the intricacies of it and how important electricity is for everyday life. I am married with two kids and live in Cygnet. I like to hunt and fish. I enjoy camping with my family, and take my kids swimming and to play at the park. I run a small homestead with chickens and ducks. I have a large garden and enjoy updating my house and land to live a sustainable life.

Office Manager/ Logistics Amy has been in her field and customer service for her entire career. Amy is married and resides in Findlay. When not working, Amy enjoys family and friends, her fur-babies, and of course Bengals football and Pirates baseball!
Will Schedel Plumbing/Electrical Manager Will, one of our Service Technicians at Beltz Home Service, was born and raised in Findlay and has spent 11 years in the trades. He spends his time outside of work spending time with his family and watching his beloved Cincinnati Bengals. Will leads by example at Beltz Home Service and goes above and beyond the bare minimums of the job, ensuring that all of our customers receive fast and friendly help so that they can enjoy the utmost comfort in their homes. I was raised in Delphos, OH. I moved to Findlay in 2012. I came from a career in respiratory therapy. Outside of work I enjoy being with my wife and kids, going to our cottage in Michigan, and jet skiing.
I work as a comfort consultant. My favorite thing is to find solutions to everyday problems for our customers! I was born in Paraguay and I grew up in Findlay with an adoptive family with two younger sisters. I enjoy golfing, hiking, concerts, traveling and spending time with friends.

Andy has lived in the Findlay area his whole life, and loves to spend time with his family, going camping, and working on his saltwater fish tank. Andy believes that taking pride in his work and respecting customers helps him fulfill Beltz Home Service's mission of excellent customer service, but also thinks that the most important part of our uniform is a SMILE!
Ben has been in dispatch for over a year. He enjoys making things happen and interacting with our customers. He loves creating and recording music and playing pool in his off time. Ben claims to be the Heavy Weight Champion of Movie Quoting. We would agree.

Benjamin has over 15 years in retail and customer service management. He loves to have the chance to make a real impact in customers' daily lives. Benjamin was born and raised in the Findlay area on the family farm. He loves to golf and BBQ. Benjamin and his wife have 3 children. He has worked hard to take care of his family and enjoy making a positive impact on those that work with him and those in the community, as well as students via the business affiliates board at The University of Findlay of which he has served on for 9 years.

Brian has been a Master Plumber and Electrician for over 20 years. Brian began his training in the U.S. Navy and continued it in his own business. He is a member of the BBB, numerous Chamber of Commerce organizations, Blanchard Valley BNI and the Nexstar® Network. Brian is married and lives outside McComb. He is a big NASCAR® fan, likes to golf and spend time with his friends and family.
Chuck has been in the HVAC trade for 10 years. He loves helping customers in need. Chuck and his wife, Renee have two children, Alyssa and Dylan and live in Wayne, OH. Chuck enjoys camping, drag racing, grilling and cooking hibachi on his Blackstone grill. He loves to go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy.
Dakota has been in the trades for over 3 years. He likes the challenges and the use of multiple skill sets. He is originally from MI and loves spending time with his lovely wife and daughter. Dakota always looks forward to improving his skill set and meeting new people.
Dohn likes working in HVAC and how in demand a job it is. He is originally from Upper Sandusky and loves working on vehicles and drag racing.

Eric Firestine is an Electrician Technician with 10 years of experience in electrical and 20 years experience in the construction trade. He loves the sense of accomplishment from paying close attention to detail and the challenge of the trade. Eric was born and raised in Findlay, where he and his family currently live. He enjoys off road activities, his kids sporting events and home remodeling. Eric is great at working through set backs/challenges and comes up with creative solutions to get the job done.
Gabriel loves the plumbing trade because no day is the same. He is a motivated and hardworking gentleman who wants to make an impact. Gabriel is a family man with two dogs. He loves being outside and always willing to learn.
Jen has been a resident of Findlay for most of her life. She is new to the trades but enjoys the challenges. She loves to spend time with her husband and 5 children. Jen is an avid motorcyclist and is a large supporter of the Toys For Tots motorcycle run.

Lara Beltz has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and graphic design. She also serves as an advisor with Women in Plumbing and Piping and as a trustee with Explore The Trades. She is a member of Women in HVAC-R, the Women in Nexstar Steering Committee, the Hancock County Business Advisory Council and Millstream Trades Advisory Board. Lara has a heart for educating young people about the importance and value of careers in trades. Lara is a US Navy veteran. She enjoys the outdoors with her husband and son.
Lauren is new to the trades but eager to learn. She has a strong background in organization that helps keep our inventory management running smoothly. Lauren is also attending the University of Cincinnati for social work and deaf studies. She loves to go hiking and spend time with family or friends at local coffee shops.
Micah has been in the plumbing trade for over 8 years. He enjoys the nature of plumbing systems, how they work and the process of installing them. Micah's hobbies include concrete statue casting, pub trivia and spending time with his two children. Micah and his family lived in Seattle for 8 years before moving to Ohio. He is very outgoing and loves to learn new things.
Mike was born and raised here in Findlay. He lives in Findlay with his wife Katelin and his children Henry, Graham, and Emma. He enjoys being outdoors, hiking, woodworking, and especially spending time with his family. He previously worked for Lowe's RDC, Surveying, and in Construction.
Patty has been in the Customer Service field for over 15 years. She is always glad to help with any scheduling or any questions that customers may have. Patty enjoys spending time with family and friends.
RaShay is a Customer Service Representative and loves being able to talk to our customers and build relationships. She was born and raised in Findlay. RaShay enjoys spending time with her family on road trips. She is very outgoing, and her greatest passion is raising her children.
I am a proud father and husband. I love spending time with my wife and kids at home and at work love paying attention to detail. I have 10+ years of Inventory Management and truly enjoy it. I live by the motto of "Treat others the way you want to be treated" and put the quote into action with my management experience. I love helping people, solving problems, and finding solutions.
Christian Roehrig Installer Christian loves to work with his hands and learn how and why machines work. He is a Defiance native, but is family originates from Mexico. He loves lifting and grilling with friends and family.
