After general surgical training, Dr. Stern did plastic surgery in London England at Mount Vernon Hospital and at Temple University Health Science Center in Philadelphia, PA. He then completed a fellowship in cosmetic plastic surgery with the internationally renowned plastic surgeons, Thomas Baker and Howard Gordon, in Miami, FL. Dr. Stern has been in continuous private practice since finishing his training in 1995. He holds several leadership positions in the community and is currently the Chief of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, FL. He is a past president of the Broward County Society of Plastic Surgery and a long-standing member of the Southeastern and American Societies of Plastic Surgery. He's a member of the Clinical Faculty of the Cleveland Clinic in Weston, FL.
Dr. Luis Villar, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with extensive training and a proven track record of safety and quality care.
Dr. Villar has been awarded a Fellowship at the Academy College of Surgeons, is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, and certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has eight years of surgical residency training, rather than the usual five to seven. He received his surgery and plastic surgery training on the Harvard surgical service at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and Nassau County Medical Center in New York. Dr. Villar has been in private practice since 1982 and is on staff at Martin Memorial Hospital.
