Juliana Thornley

Juliana came into the health and fitness industry later in life after realizing she wanted to live a healthier and more active lifestyle and try all the things that she couldn't because of the extra weight she carried and general lack of fitness. After joining Bodyworx 5 years ago as a client and getting a personal trainer, she lost 50kg and quickly realized that she wanted to help other people achieve their goals. She started working in the health and fitness industry 2 years later, completing her studies, and began training others in the gym. Juliana believes she's in a unique position to encourage people towards obtaining their goals as she herself has faced difficult situations in her journey towards a healthier life and is able to relate to clients on a personal level.
