Bryan Palmer - President

For the past 25 years Bryan has been involved in the electrical contracting business. The projects he has been involved in vary from small commercial to 20 million dollar industrial projects. He has held his Master Electricians License for the past 15 years. He has the experience and knowledge to estimate, manage, and complete electrical projects of any size or scope. Bryan's primary responsibilities include customer service, budget management, project management, design work, and business development. As a graduate of the NJATC he is well trained in all aspects of the electrical field and has years of experience in management at all levels. Bryan has been a key person on numerous tenant finishes, office complexes, hospitals, data centers, restaurants, industrial plants, retirement centers, churches, strip malls, fire alarms, medical buildings, universities, lighting controls, and energy efficient projects. Bryan's primary goal is to provide the customer with a high quality product that meets or exceeds expectations. He has developed a large network of vendors, electricians, engineers, designers, and subcontractors that allow him to finish projects on time and on budget. This philosophy has allowed Bryan to build lasting relationships with General Contractors and a large repeat customer base

Deb Goss

Job Titles:
  • Office Manager
Deb has over 35 years experience in office management and the construction field. She is dedicated to our customers and following up on their satisfaction and making sure all their needs are met. Her background includes accounting, human resources, and customer service. As part of the team for Broes Electric, Deb is the person most of our customers speak with first when calling our office and she assists in getting each customer's needs handled in a timely manner. Her responsibilities include vendor payments, customer billing and payments, payroll and human resources. She also assists in maintaining vendor relationships, insurance requirements and city licenses. Deb will take each customers requests as top priority and direct the situation in the appropriate direction for the quickest results. She is our central person in many areas.

Luke Palmer

  • Project Manager
For the past 15 years Luke has been involved in the electrical contracting business. The projects he has been involved in vary from residential service calls to million dollar commercial projects. He has held his Journeyman Electricians license for the past 10 years. His ability and experience have proven job after job to deliver contractor and customer satisfaction, along with meeting the rigorous schedules and tight budgets. Luke's primary responsibilities include service management, project management, progress reports, scheduling, customer and contractor relations, billing oversight, and business development. His many years of on the job training and leadership roles, along with his bachelor's of science degree from MSCD, make him a valuable asset to Broes Electric, Inc. and all they work with. Luke has also been involved on multiple other projects and within all areas of service work. He currently manages all service work for Broes Electric, which includes all of the City of Longmont's electrical needs. Luke's primary goal is to see every project completed on time, with in the budget, and ensuring everyone involved from beginning to end is treated with honesty and professionalism.
