Keith Mosley - Founder

Keith is the founder of Broadstone Partners, a boutique investment banking firm created after a successful 28 year career at PwC, 17 as a Partner and the last 8 as the head of PwC's Canadian Corporate Finance practice. Keith started with PwC in 1983 and after four years of training in accounting and taxation moved to London, England and began his career in Corporate Finance. Over the next 25 years Keith built M&A teams focused on Software, IT Services, Food & Beverage and most recently Retail, Renewable Energy, Insurance and Professional Services. While Keith has worked on nearly 100 completed transactions across a variety of industry sectors, the majority of his experience and real passion is with knowledge based companies. As well there was a common theme in all - assisting middle market companies, usually entrepreneurially owned, complete transactions with large cross border companies both public and private, financial institutions or Private Equity funds.

Lisa Kendall

Lisa Kendall has recently joined Broadstone Capital Partners as a Managing Director. Before joining Broadstone, Lisa spent 17 years with PwC's Corporate Finance Practice, focussed on the technology sector. Lisa has conducted a wide range of corporate finance assignments including: managing the divestiture of companies to ensure all value is brought to the purchaser's benefit by identifying, screening and contacting suitable purchasers; utilizing an appropriate marketing strategy; and leading or guiding the negotiation of the transaction; dentifying suitable acquisition candidates; sourcing of seed and early stage expansion capital for Canadian based technology companies; managing "distressed M&A" processes for asset based lenders and other alternative lenders, chartered banks, subordinated debt funds and private equity firms. Lisa has a passion for technology and respect for Canadian entrepreneurs that utilize their creativity and skill to develop world class technologies. Lisa has been a frequent speaker at technology events throughout Ontario. Lisa received an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business - University of Western Ontario.
