As Production Manager at CEMIX, Curtis is responsible for the operations and all production processes at the plant. With over 15 years of experience, he possesses an intimate knowledge of all things concrete, from design to production, and unrivaled expertise in quality control, quality assurance, investigating and resolving product liability issues, health and safety, cost control and the design aspects of concrete production. In addition to holding a BSc in Mathematics and Minor in Chemistry, Curtis has been awarded his professional diploma in Advanced Concrete Technology from the Institute of Concrete Technology. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to the continual advancement of the concrete industry in Barbados. Since joining the team at CEMIX, Curtis has succeeded in not only establishing the plant as fully operational but has also secured its position as the most technologically-advanced, and only wet mix plant in the Caribbean region.

Mr. Edwards is a qualified professional engineer and project manager and brings over 17 years of experience in the engineering and building construction field to his role as General Manager of CEMIX. Mr. Edwards knows the challenges involved in construction projects and the importance of having concrete pours done right the first time.
